Using Evalness
Evalness is a public registry and automated evaluation service. You may browse public data, create an account, submit prompts, and queue supported evaluations. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and be authorised to submit all content you use. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to consent to these terms where you live.
Your submissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Evalness a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, send to configured AI providers, evaluate, display, and distribute that content and its resulting scores as needed to operate the registry. Entries are not public until an automated evaluation completes successfully. Do not submit confidential information, personal data, malware, or material that infringes another person’s rights.
The same applies to your profile. You are responsible for the bio, links, and avatar you publish, and must have the right to use the image you upload. Endorse and report in good faith: endorsements exist to mark work that measured well, and reports to flag content that breaks these terms. Endorsing your own entries, coordinating endorsements, or filing reports in bad faith are misuses of the service. Evalness may remove a profile field, avatar, or endorsement, and may act on a report, at its discretion.
Automated evaluations
Evaluations use third-party AI systems, including NVIDIA at launch and other providers when configured. Outputs and scores may be probabilistic, incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Results are comparative measurements, not professional advice or a guarantee of model quality. Usage is subject to queue, rate, cost, and account limits, which may change to protect the service.
Prohibited conduct
You may not evade limits, create accounts to exhaust shared capacity, interfere with the worker or benchmark, scrape in a way that harms availability, probe private cases, publish secrets, or use Evalness unlawfully. We may reject runs, revoke keys, suspend accounts, remove unlawful content, or preserve evidence where reasonably necessary to protect the service and its users.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted access, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, Evalness is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or reliance on evaluation results.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. Public benchmark history may be anonymised rather than erased where removal would undermine result integrity. We may change or discontinue features and update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
Questions, deletion requests, or notices can be sent to support@evalness.com.
